Bethesda Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our faith-based senior care community. The ADON assists the Director of Nursing with daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and clinical oversight across skilled nursing, rehab, assisted and independent living, memory care, and home health. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, mentoring nurses and CNAs, coordinating care plans, monitoring quality indicators, and supporting infection prevention efforts.
