Under general direction, this position provides leadership, planning and direction in expanding the College's ability to assess strategy and improve performance through enhanced predictive analytical capability by developing and implementing data-driven decision making strategies that monitor success in BC's educational mission and inform student choices. Fosters collaboration and works in partnership with academic and administrative leaders across the College, bringing expertise in the formulation and data-informed resolution of key questions to guide institutional strategy. Accountable for analyzing and communicating complex data to varying audiences/constituents while building and sustaining a culture of data-informed decision-making. Recommends, implements and interprets policies, procedures and best practices for the collection, use, and analysis of college data with the goal of facilitating timely access to data needed to advance the educational mission and achieve organizational effectiveness.
