Dental Laboratory Processor to join our growing dental laboratory team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in building a career in
dental laboratory technology , removable prosthetics, and denture fabrication.
As a Dental Laboratory Processor, you'll help create high-quality dental prosthetics by preparing models, articulating cases, polishing dentures, and supporting laboratory production. No extensive experience is required-we're willing to train motivated individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities - Pour dental impressions into plaster or stone to create accurate working models.
- Trim and prepare plaster models for production.
- Articulate dental cases according to laboratory specifications.
- Polish full and partial dentures to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Assist with denture processing and laboratory workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant laboratory.
- Cross-train in multiple laboratory departments and procedures.
- Support the laboratory team with additional production duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical aptitude and/or artistic ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in all laboratory functions.
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards or willingness to learn.
Preferred - 0-6 months of dental laboratory experience.
- Experience trimming and pouring denture models.
- Plaster bench experience.
- Experience working in manufacturing, production, dental, or laboratory environments.
- Familiarity with removable prosthetics or denture fabrication is a plus.
