Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the Role:GOWO Affordable Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Madison, TN. If you're passionate about empowering others and building genuine connections, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasksImplement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accuratelyTransport and accompany clients to medical appointments, community activities, and social outingsAdminister medications and monitor health conditions per established care plansEncourage skill-building, independence, and community integrationCommunicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionalsRequirements:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferredValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skillsCompassionate, dependable, and person-centered approach to careAbout Us:GOWO Affordable Care LLC is a dedicated provider of supportive care services in the Madison, TN area, committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
