Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software oApplies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities. oLead implementation of API / Web Service integrations to back-end systems (Rest, Soap, Json, and database) oStrong analytics and structured problem-solving skills Must Have oMinimum of 3+ years of coding/development experience in Contact center platforms preferred oStrong 'Hands-on' Experience as a Developer involving large scale cloud contact center experience solutions using Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) platform oHands-on experience in Genesys PureCloud platform and its capabilities including (but not limited to) Queuing/Routing, Call Flow, Conversational flows using Genesys Cloud Architect oStrong programming experience with implementing API/Web Services oStrong programming skills oExperience integrating Genesys PureCloud with CRM solutions (like Salesforce, MS Dynamics) oExcellent analytical, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with a strong work ethic oExperience in Agile software development methodology and practices with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation oStrong working knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Genesys Cloud Foundry, AWS, etc.
