Position:
The HR Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Resources function across both the Orange County and Los Angeles campuses. This role is responsible for coordinating key employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance training, and offboarding. The HR Coordinator ensures a smooth and consistent employee experience by maintaining accurate records, supporting timely communication, and executing HR processes with efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and candidates, while partnering closely with the Senior HR Manager and HR Operations Manager to support organizational goals and day-to-day HR operations.
