Compensation: Performance-Based (Top performers earn $5,000–$10,000+/month)
Schedule: Afternoon–Evening Availability Required

Position Overview

As a Solar Outreach Specialist , you will engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to introduce energy-saving solutions and schedule qualified consultations with our senior solar consultants.

You are not responsible for closing sales — your role is to educate, qualify, and book appointments using proven systems and scripts.

No prior solar experience is required. We provide full training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential areas

• Communicate solar and energy-saving benefits clearly and professionally

• Qualify homeowners based on program requirements

• Schedule appointments accurately in the CRM

• Follow Housebuildr scripts, expectations, and daily standards

• Maintain a professional attitude and consistent work ethic

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Coachable, reliable, and accountable

• Comfortable engaging with homeowners face-to-face

• Competitive mindset with a willingness to learn

• Reliable transportation and smartphone

• Ability to work afternoon and evening hours

Sales experience is helpful but not required.
