Keep your home base and travel to large projects in various locations-multi-year projects as well!What You Will Be Doing- Manage large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from start to finish- Lead project teams and coordinate with field leadership to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion- Collaborate with senior management to align project goals and execution strategies- Build and develop strong teams while delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and staying on schedule and within budget- Drive division profitability through effective project execution and cost control- Set and manage technical goals, scheduling benchmarks, procurement strategies, and staffing plans- Continuously evaluate and improve project management systems and processes to meet client needs and business objectives- Review contractual requirements and MEP-specific design and installation methodologies- Ensure project schedules are met and adjust priorities based on evolving customer needs and resource availability- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle- Lead project reviews with a focus on financial forecasting and performance tracking- Ensure high-quality engineering, coordination, and delivery of MEP systems- Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes across all stakeholdersWhat You Need for this Position- 3+ years of experience in MEP project management- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts- Proven ability to build client relationships and contribute to winning projects- Demonstrated success in managing profitable project portfolios- Excellent initiative, execution, and communication skills-both oral and written- Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership abilitiesWhat's In It for You- $140,,000-$180,000+ (depending on experience)- Per diem, gas card, company truck- Vacation/PTO- Medical- Dental- Vision- 401(k)So, if you are a Traveling MEP Project Manager with experience, please apply today!
