Voice Actor - French Speakers (AI Training)

About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of French speakers around the world? We're looking for professional French-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal samples and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping frontier AI systems sound genuinely natural, expressive, and human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed - just a commanding French voice, a quiet recording setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality French voice samples from provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated voice outputs
• Review and refine scripts to ensure they read naturally and deliver well out loud
• Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Fluent in French with a strong, clear, and expressive speaking voice
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or a related field
• Equipped with a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet recording environment
• Detail-oriented when it comes to assessing pronunciation, pacing, tone, and clarity
• Self-motivated and consistent when working independently on remote assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience recording for commercial, broadcast, e-learning, or entertainment projects
• Familiarity with audio editing software or home studio recording workflows
• Knowledge of French regional accents or dialect variations
• Prior exposure to AI tools, voice evaluation, or linguistic quality assessment
